Title to Returned Items:

  • Lian Design Studio will not assume title to returned items until the item arrives at our designated return center.
  • In certain cases, we may issue a refund without requiring the return of the item. In these instances, Lian Design Studio does not take title to the refunded item.

Product Descriptions:

  • Our goal is to ensure that all product descriptions are accurate and reflect the items you receive. Despite our efforts, there may be occasions where descriptions are not completely accurate.

Pricing:

  • The “List Price” is the suggested retail price provided to us by suppliers or estimated per standard industry practice.

Sale Items:

  • Regular-priced items can be refunded, however, all sales on-sale items are final and cannot be refunded.
